For CHANGE 4 SUCCESS Heena Raj works as a change enabler, facilitator, trainer, systemic and agile coach. She supports organizations and leaders in change processes and is a coach with a systemic and agile approach. As a psychologist her main focus are the people of the organization. Her credo is to appreciate the ressource „human“ and to recognise his uniqueness and variety. Thus everyone is able to develop his potential in a healty way.

In an era of fast progressive digitalization it is important to connect the new world with the old world. To understand the needs and fears of people, to notice and accept their attitudes and to redevelop and encourage bahaviour on this basis, in order to make them fit for the new world with their own strenghts. Only then agile methods have the chance to benefit and the organization is able to improve the performance, because change starts in the mindset and not only in methods and structures. As a change enabler Heena Raj leverages these synergies. In a fresh and playful way she responds to the needs of people and remains determined to the objectives.

Heena Raj has studied business and psychology. She grew up in Hamburg and has Indian heritage. At the age of 26 she started her career as a certified trainer for leadership within an aircraft-manufacturing corporate group, probably as the youngest extern trainer at  this time. Since then she has implemented, supported and even self-customzied over 200 measures. With further certifications and professional developments, such as a systemic coach and a Scrum Master, she has deepend her expertise. Her professional focus is the support and facilitation of change and transformation. By an integrated and a closed collaboration with her sparring partners she provides a high level of individuality and flexibility within the process. 

As an agile coach Heena Raj also lives the apporach of „servant leadership“. Within a team of three  agile coaches she leads a team of 25 employees in a digital startup company. Furthermore she supports a manufacturing divison of 450 employees in a cultural and mindset change process and is a cooperating partner in a digital transformation process in banking.

The main focus of Heena’s profession is in leadership, communication softskill measures, agile methods, health and satisfaction of employees, leading generation Y and Z, conflict workshops, concepts of gaining young talents, digital leadership, customer centricity, leading remote teams, teambuilding, individual development, interface workshops, vision workshops, intern marketing, strategy workshops and digital transformation.
